It’s easy to get on Facebook and compare ourselves to other people.
We see other people’s outside, and start to compare it with our inside.
It can make us feel pretty bad about ourselves.
That’s what I’m talking about in this video: perfectionism.
For me, that’s the epicenter of my perfectionism: I start comparing myself with other people, and I think I’m not good enough.
When I do that, I spiral into thinking that I should look better, that I should feel better, that I should be different than I am.
